The Footprint — $197 is a single sales page or landing page. One offer, one message, one purpose. It's for the business owner who needs a focused online presence fast. The Establishment — $397 is a full 5-page website, Home, About, Services, Contact, and one custom page of your choice. It tells the whole story of your business and gives people a real place to land and explore.

The Footprint includes 1 round of revisions. The Establishment includes 2 rounds. A revision round means you review the design, send your consolidated feedback, and I make the updates. Revision rounds are not unlimited. Gather all your notes before submitting so we can keep things moving.

Before your design start day, you'll complete a questionnaire, either the detailed version if you're skipping the discovery call, or the standard one if we've already spoken. Either way, the questionnaire is built to walk you through exactly what to gather and prepare, so nothing catches you off guard. Think brand assets, content, photos, it's all covered in there. The more thorough your answers, the smoother your design day goes.

Both options are available. You can choose from one of Mai Tai Noir's existing Canva website templates and I'll customize it to your brand — or if you want something built entirely from the ground up, we can do that too. Either way, it will look like yours.

Copy templates are fill-in-the-blank writing guides that show you exactly what to say on each page of your website, so you're never staring at a blank section wondering how to describe what you do. You don't have to use them word-for-word, but they're there to make your life easier. Every package includes them.

Every package includes 7 days of post-launch support. If something looks off, a link isn't working, or you need a small adjustment after going live, that's what the support window is for. After 7 days, any additional changes would be a separate request.

There are four add-ons available: The Shop Drop +$97 adds a storefront with up to 4 products. The Link Hub +$67 adds a full link-in-bio page with 1 main product featured. AI Image Curation +$97 gets you 20–30 AI-curated product images styled to your brand. Extra Page +$57 adds one additional custom page to your site. All add-ons can be combined in any order; stack them however makes sense for your business. They're all included in your original turnaround window, no extra time added.
